I have learned from Module 4
About how to google search like a pro, spot out fake news, & learning a little on the dark web.
By learning how to search like a pro I watched many videos in the slideshow, it really made me learn how to search better.
Learning on the dark web I watch this video from the slideshow.

I also learned on the other webs from this picture.
Spot out fake news is still
difficult for me, but this module made
me learn how to spot fake news better. I
played this quiz and watch two videos from slideshow to
help me understand better. We also did a
discussion which made me understand how I
would use this knowledge to the real world
and how to understand how fake news
can affect people. People that are close
to you can be tricked by fake news, friends,
teachers, etc.
My muddiest point in this module was the WL5 + 7. I had a tricky time with them, needed some help on those assignments or took a very long time. Trying to find the answers for WL5 was difficult on some of the questions, I didn't know what the word(s) meant until my brother showed or told me and now, I know what margins are. WL7 was difficult to find an article to talk about from the college library on online, it was just time consuming that the article/video was so long to read, listen, or watch.
WL5 WL7
just taking quizzes can be so wordy and I mess up the answers and get them wrong. Even though I'm learning this stuff and know the information, taking the quizzes, I get the questions wrong.
Here are more resources I used in this module:
My participation in this module was pretty good; I put a lot of time in the assignments in the module. To improve for next time is trying to get better score on the quiz and getting 100% on the assignments in module.

The four terms and definitions I learned from this module were from the slideshow.
- Clickbait - When containing fabrications and packaged as a legitimate news story.
- The Dark Web - Where users communicate through encrypted messages and buy or sell anything with total anonymity.
- Deep or Invisible Web - Center represents core of the Web.
Origination sites have links to the core, but nothing links back
Termination pages can be accessed by links from the core but have no links back to the core
Search engines typically index only the core
- Quotation Marks - Using quotation marks in search terms lets you search exactly for that word. It means, all your results will have your search terms in them.
